A silicone valve inside the device holds back the air until you pull hard enough, then releases it. That resistance is what you feel at the back of the throat — the push-back, then the release. Nothing is heated, nothing burns, and nothing is inhaled but flavored air.

It is a well-recognised behavioural pattern. Biting your nails, chewing a pen, reaching for a snack when you are not hungry — all the same loop: the hand goes to the mouth because it has done it ten thousand times before.

That pattern does not disappear on its own. It sits there, underemployed, and surfaces in the same moments it always did.

Flavor sits on a dry, sealed wick (Legura and BRE-Z) or a flavor cap (Zero and E-Z), carried by natural extracts. Air passes over it on the way through. No liquid, no vapor, no combustion, no residue — and you can wash the device with soap and water.
