Over one billion people smoke cigarettes globally. This habit is the leading cause for eight million preventable deaths yearly. Vaping was then positioned as a tool to reduce or quit smoking, having brought new pros and cons toward public health efforts. What then, could be used to help people quit vaping?
CAPNOS develops flavored pressurized air inhalers to support people aiming to reduce or quit vaping. Our devices replicate the hand-to-mouth ritual, throat hit sensation, and behavioral experience of vaping without smoke, nicotine, batteries, or heat.

Howdy, I'm Brendan! The human behind capnos.
I began vaping at age 14 just trying to be the cool kid. I became heavily addicted for 5 years before inventing the CAPNOS Zero. Upon recognizing the existence of sensory dependencies for a tactile, auditory, and aromatic experience associated to vaping, I knew products like CAPNOS had to be brought to market.
